My form has become disabled

Dear bookbindery, 

You have currently reached the limits of your account. Your forms are disabled now. 

I am using the free jotform and it has been disabled 

I have deleted old forms that we no longer need but how do I enable the form again

We apologize for the inconvenience caused. Please take note that deleted forms also still count to your account usage. 

You can purge the deleted forms in the Trash folder of your My Forms list so it will not be counted anymore.

I have re-activated your account and forms now so you can use them again.
