Unable to share the Form getting please enter a valid email

    Hi.  

    Problem 1.  

    When ever I send the form out to someone to complete, every answer field is asking for a valid email to be entered.  How do I fix this?


    Question 2.

    I have three survey forms and I would like all the responses to be stored on ONE google sheet but have an individual tab for each form's responses.  Is this possible?

    I am not sure how to replicate the issue. Are you referring to the share on the email feature?

    or you are referring to the Autoresponse that is sent to the user. May we know where are you experiencing this issue?

    Could you please share the screenshot of the issue.
