My form has an "eu" url but it is seen and filled out in Mexico

Many potential clients have issues to fill in the form and some have even written to us to say that they just cant see it at all. We are based in Vienna, Austria and our clients of that specific form are in Mexico.

I tested your form and it is showing fine (but I'm also in Europe).

I have asked to do what you told me to do but no one wanted to do it for us and they shouldnt at first place but the service we are paying for.

I did check your web page and I was able to view the form. I am in Asia and the form seems to be working correctly at my end.

May we know if this issue is happening to all your form users in Mexico?

You may try to advise to disable their firewall that may be preventing the form from loading.

Do you have it in Spanish by chance? that would make it even easier for them

Unfortunately, we have not translated the guides in another language.

Getting the console log would greatly help in investigating the issue as we cannot replicate it at our end.

You may try sending the direct Form URL to your form users that are sending you the email.

Hopefully they are able to view/submit the form.

So, I finally managed to get one. She even mentioned that she can see the other (jotform) forms on our website, but not the one we need her to fill in, so this is a revelation actually.

I think there may be a domain restriction in Mexico. If there is a problem for jotformeu.com, I can suggest using different domain.

Please try embedding form using the following code:
