I am not able to make my form "Kiosk Mode"! Please help

    Hi, 
    I have published my form and I'm having trouble making it in Ipad format or Kiosk mode. Please help.

    Please kindly note that Kiosk mode is only available through the JotForm Mobile Forms app, I have checked the direct URL for your form which is supposed to display mobile responsive and it works as expected:

    If a different layout is desired, then the form can be further customized with CSS code, you may inject the code you develop following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/117-How-to-Inject-Custom-CSS-Codes
