    Hello,

    I'm unable to change my username. Says I'm not authorized.

    I can see you have a free account hence you can change your username based on the availability on a new username.  We have a help-guide that explains how to change it.

    I can see your current username is - maryjbrown, please ensure you are logged in to your JotForm account.

    If you are still unable to change it, please provide us 3 preferred usernames so we can change it from the side.
