Hi JotForm Support team,
I am preparing a Jotform with Approval Process as below

I have set the reject conditions (1st or 2nd approval levels "reject" the application, there would have notification to applicant.
However, there is not any notification send to applicant? How can fix it? Please advise!!!

Is the issue related to the "YOUR APPLICATION IS BEING REJECTED" Autoresponder Email?
The emails are not sent when you edit and reject the submission, because Send on Edit option is set to NO, inside of the Autoresponder Email settings. You need to set it to YES if you want to send the Autoresponder Emails when a submission is edited.
You should do the same with the "Your application is being approved by your manager or above. Will go to HR for further approval" Autoresponder Email.
