When a form is filled out and emailed to administrator with an anonymous entry the from field reads "=?UTF-8?B??= <noreply@jotform.com>
I would like it to simply say "suggestion submission". or "anonymous suggestion".
I cannot find a place to enter this code.
THanks-Heidi

I tested my form and I didn't see the "=?UTF-8?B??=" in the notification email.
Could you please provide a screenshot so we can check it?
You can also try using your own SMTP as a Sender Email. If you're interested, please check this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/244-How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form

I am a bit confused. “your form”? What relevance does that have to do with the form I am sending?
I don’t want to send an email to the person who fills the form out as it is most likely anonymous.
I am sending an email notification back to the site administrator to let them know a submission has been made.
This is from the email application. I just don’t know why it says “=?UTF-8?B//=”
Please let me know where I can specify that information within the application.
Thanks-Heidi
This is the email that is returned.

I checked your form (https://form.jotform.com/91964741307159) and I noticed that the Reply-to Email is blank. Please select any choices and click the Save button.
After that, please test the notification email again and let us know if the issue still persists.
Thank you.
