Can you tell me why my form link doesn't work when posted in an FB post?

The link provided for my new form doesn't work when pasted in a FB post. Can you tell me why it doesn't work?

Could you provide us the Facebook URL where you have added your form link so that we could check? Also are you facing any error on Facebook when you post the form link?
