Google Spreadsheet integration is not working

Hi,

Thread bouncing...

1. yes, we have tried re-integrating. (for the record, we use this feature heavily, across hundreds of forms and 100K+ users.  We're pretty aware of the ins and outs and how to mess up. This is new...to us at least).

2. no, we haven't changed any column headings or anything about the sheet that's created.

3. We re-create the new gsheet integration.  Then we submit a few trial form submissions, and they don't populate into the sheet.  We've tried this ~6 times?

That's as far as we went before asking for help.
