i would like to have a condition that if #input201 is not equal to 'Allow' than you should disable #input204.

somehow i dont manage to do that by setting a condition

    Link to my form https://eu.jotform.com/build/91853392629367

Also if you can manage to help me that both bootstraps should be the same size (not the text)

    Please advise

Allow me some time to test this issue on a cloned form.

I worked on a cloned version of your form and see that there is some issue with our bootstrap switch field and it is not disabling other bootstrap switch fields using condition.

Let me escalate this issue to our development team to fix this issue.

However, I have a couple of workarounds for your case.

    1. Instead of bootstrap switch widget, you can use a basic dropdown or radio button to enable/disable the options.

    2. Instead of Enable/Disable condition, you can use Hide/Show and when the first field is Block, hide the second bootstrap switch field otherwise display the second field.

Here is a cloned form for the Point #2 workaround: https://form.jotform.com/91993898111975

Please follow it and make your changes.

    Thanks

Thank you! i used method 2 for the meanwhile.

And here i come with the next...

My form is bascally all ready but now i need to configure my inbox submissions, meaning i want to get an email with all the data a customer selected.

I am aware of the email notification but cant configure the pdf or the template that i should see for example category business is allowed as the allowed is a seperate widget than the image business

    Please help me with this

All filled fields should be present in inbox or PDF document. Can you please tell us which fields do not show in the inbox and PDF document so we can check it out?

If possible, please provide some screenshots so we can see the fields you are referring to.

    Looking forward to your response.
