Why my forms showing Form Over Quota error?

Hi there my form is saying its over the quota yet we deleted forms once we have their details and have none left yet still says we are over the quota and doesn't reset it self like other sites do.

It seems you have exceeded the monthly submission limit. There is a limit of 100 submissions per month for a free account. You currently have 101 form submissions. 

If you wish to enable your forms, you need to upgrade your account in order to increase the monthly limits.

Also, please note that it is not possible to decrease the count by deleting the existing submissions as you already used those submissions.
