experiencing problems with the payment form

    One of our clients is experiencing problems with the payment again.  Don’t think this is resolved

    We do apologize for the inconvenience.

    I have tested a cloned version of your form and it seems the forms payment integration is processing the items and payments correctly.

    I'm using test mode to test the payment processing.

    May we know if your form user receives an error when they submit the form?

    Can you please test your form and let us know if the issue still persists?

    This has not been resolved. Issue is still persisting for us as well, have cleared form cache already and still persisting.

    Have logged a support ticket over an hour ago but havent heard a response yet.

    Please escalate ASAP.

    Our apologies for the inconvenience. We will be checking the issue you reported, but we need some more information to check everything properly. What is the form you are experiencing difficulties with? Also, do your customers get any error when submitting a payment?
