Could you please let us know what email list you are referring to? Do you want to get all the emails in your form submissions so you can create an email list?
It will help us provide you with the appropriate workaround/suggestions if you can elaborate further on what you wanted to do using the form.

You can create an Excel report to download only the email addresses of your submission data: https://www.jotform.com/help/101-How-to-Create-an-Excel-Report
Make sure to uncheck the fields that you don't want to see in the Excel file.
If you are actually looking to send newsletter emails to people who previously filled your forms, you may use the Mailchimp integration: https://www.jotform.com/help/163-How-to-Integrate-with-MailChimp
