Why was I charged without any consent?

    We are sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. When you have upgraded your account there was an auto-renewal option pre-selected, if you do not wish to continue with the auto-renewal you can go ahead with the cancellation of the subscription.

    I am not sure which account you are referring to? I have gone ahead and checked your account with the email auftrag@pkwgutachter.de but could not find any account associated with it.

    Would you mind letting us know the registered email id to the account or any Form URL in the account?
