So when someone fills out a form it automatically sends us an email of their responses but for some reason we are not getting the full form sent to us. If I go into Jotform the form is complete but the emailed version is not. Is that something we can change?

I checked your form 51897039575167. It seems not all the fields are included in the email template.
Could you please delete the current email notification and create a new one? That should contain all the form fields. In case, if you are referring to a different form - please share the URL so we can check.
