I have enable the form on website but I'm getting an error saying only one entry is allowed

    I checked your form and I can see that the Unique Submission is set to "Check cookies and IP".

    This option prevents multiple submissions from the same browser and IP address. It means that the user cannot submit another form submission if he already submitted once using the same browser or same IP.

    You can disable it by setting it to "No Check". Here's a guide: How-to-Set-Unique-Submissions-on-a-Form.
