Hi Jotform Support Team,
I have just added an additional field in the email notification. However, it has displayed strange codes with the email. Please refer to the attached image for the 'Before' and 'After'.
Please advise!

Hello Megan,
I was trying to replicate the problem on a cloned form, but everything seems to work correctly for me. To fix the problem on your form, I can suggest to create new notifier and delete existing one. Here is how: Setting-up-Email-Notifications

Thank you for your prompt response.
I just tested to edit a submission while keeping the 'original' email notification. Strangely, those extra codes did not appear today in the received email.
Likely to be 'cache' that causes the problem since I cleared them daily by the end of the workday?

It could have been cache issues. I have cleared your form cache also at our end.
If the issue still remains, let us know so that we can check it further.
