I am trying to create a form where one user fills out a portion of the information and then when they hit submit the email goes to an approver and they edit the form using the edit function and enter their approval information and then it gets submitted to another user who will process it.  The only thing is I do not want the approval fields to show when the initial user complete the form.  Its for a leave of absence form.  there are three parties involved:

    User/Reuqestor

    Manager

    Staff processor

    Hello,

Yes, you can hide or show fields on your form by using the Get Form URL Widget. With this application or widget, you can hide or show contents on your forms.

Here's a guide on how to use this widget and embed it to your forms: https://www.jotform.com/help/389-How-to-Show-or-Hide-Fields-on-Edit-URL

I hope this helps, please let us know if you need further assistance.
