Pending Submission Data lost

    The data for a pending submission has just been deleted. Can it be recovered?

     

    The form was started on May 2nd, its August 1st I thought it would still be active today.

     

    This was the link to the form in progress:

    My browser seems to have autofilled data in from a different form that I opened immediately prior and started a new submission. I need to recover the pending submission data that was previously in there.

    Please note that session data that have been pending more than 3 months are being automatically deleted. Meaning, the data for that session should still be active and stored in our server.

    I just checked the form/data for that session and the form is still filled.

    Please try to open the session link using another browser and see if the data is still there.

    That is data from a different session that the browser inserted. The original data is what I need recovered. 

    But after 3 months there is nothing you can do?

    I thought 3 months would be tomorrow not today. That session started on May 2nd, today is August 1st

    As per the policy of storing the pending form for 3 months, the pending Form is still there in your account.

    Since you have the autofill option enabled in your Form so one of your last submissions data was populated in the Form and since you have saved this data in your Form by clicking on the next button which updated the Form with all the new data. This action has replaced all the old data with the new one in our database.

    If you enable the Autofill option then your browser cookies will store your last submission data and it would populate the data when the Form is opened again unless you clear the browser cookies or open the Form in a new browser or incognito mode of the browser.

    The only way to retrieve the old data is via the notification emails which you have got for this submission.
