How can I add a tax file declaration successfully

I have embedded the link to the tax file declaration PDF from the government website, which can be clicked on and filled, but it is difficult and then i cannot see the answers when the form is submitted back to me.

I'm sorry, but the PDF embedder widget is for read-only purposes. If you want people to fill the PDF, you need to ask them to download the file, fill it locally, and upload it back in the form through our file upload field which you need to add.

So, instead of the PDF embedder widget, add a link to the PDF in the form to let people download it. You need to add instructions as well.
