    Hey,

I have different registration forms in my jotform account. I want to keep all submissions in dropbox but I don't know how to do this. If there is a way to do this, is it possible to create different folders for each file requests? I don't want to mix everything up.

    Hello Yvonne,

You can keep all submissions in Dropbox by integrating your forms with Dropbox. JotForm integrations will help you to increase your productivity and efficiency in data collection. We have dozens of applications and integrations such as Zapier and Stripe. One of the applications that you can integrate your forms with is Dropbox. In a nutshell, it allows you to connect your Dropbox account with JotForm and lets you to direct all form submissions to your Dropbox account. All uploaded material as well as form data will be saved in your account. All form responses will be available in your JotForm account as well. To create Dropbox forms, go to Settings>Integrations>Dropbox>Authenticate.

To move dropbox file requests to different folders, you can customize folder and subfolder names when you integrate your forms with Dropbox. Once you authenticate your Dropbox account, a folder having your form’s name is created by default. You can edit the folder and subfolder name. Plus, you can choose to add submission date before the subfolder names. Since you need to integrate Dropbox with each form separately, different folders are created for each of your forms. Submissions of a particular form will be saved to the relevant folder so that different submissions of different forms are not mixed up. To customize further, you can add submission ID, full name, etc. to the submission file name.
