Re: If we create forms online or use template forms, is the information organized so that we can see a summary of responses? For example, if we ask our parents to rsvp to one of two dates, will the responses be automatically sorted in such a way that we be able to generate say, a list of families who chose one date, and another list for a second date? Or, would we still have to do some data entry to create those lists?

I'm sorry, but your message was cut off. Would you mind clarifying to us your concern again.

If you want to view the submitted information, you can view it in submission page here https://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-View-Form-Submissions.

Or maybe you want to preview the information before submitting the data? If so, you can use Preview Before Submit widget here http://widgets.jotform.com/widget/preview_before_submit.

    Looking forward for your response.

When you look at the submissions in your form, you'll see them from the latest to the oldest submissions. However, you can filter submissions if you only want to show "families chose one date"
