I created a fillable form but am having problems

    I created a fillable form. I tried sending it as a link to my email to test and some formatting is off, some questions don't show up but a required message shows up for the missing questions. I also do not understand how to send this to clients and get it back completed. I have been trying for hours to figure this out on my own.... Please help!

    The Yes/No fields are not supported in our classic layout forms. I have replaced the Yes/No fields with the similar Single Choice fields in your form.

    Also, the Long Text Entry sizing has been adjusted.

    If you need a web form, it is easier to edit the Online Form.

    You may share the form link with your clients. Submitted data will be available in form submissions.
