I am having trouble integrating Paypal Checkout in my form

    I have followed your How to integrate PayPal Checkout (https://www.jotform.com/help/542-How-to-Integrate-Form-to-PayPal-Checkout) but PayPal Checkout dose not seem exist on my Jotform account?

    I have a PayPal Business account that I wish to integrate and was hoping that the form could go live today...

    Any assistance with this would be much appreciated!

    You currently have the Paypal Standard in the form. You should remove Paypal Standard first to add Paypal Checkout. You cannot have two or more payment integration in the form.

    I'm sorry, we have changed the naming or labels of the Paypal integrations. The label "Paypal" is the Paypal Checkout integration.

    Thank you I have now managed to find how to integrate the PayPal Checkout but I cant seem to receive the confirmation email and so integration keeps failing!


    I think that this maybe due to PayPal but if you have any experience with this then your advice would be much appreciated!

    Your Paypal account is not connected in the form, but I presumed you did that but it keeps failing. Would you mind taking a short video of what happens when you click the Connect with Paypal button? Are you able to login to Paypal and get the below screen? 

    You should click the Blue button once you are connected to your account to complete the integration. 

    The screenshot is from the guide you have shared, so kindly review the steps there and let us know if the issue persists to your end. 

    If you still cannot get it to connect, check your browser console for possible errors. Guide to check your console logs:

    All sorted now.

    I think PayPal was just a bit slow confirming my email address on the new business account and so it was causing the integration to fail...

    That's great to know! 

    So, it is a new Paypal account. Yes, the verification might take time, especially for business type accounts. Paypal will need to approve the account, especially when you have opted to process payments on your website. These options are given when you register.
