If you own a web host/email host then whitelisting jotform IPs and domains will do, please check this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotForm-IP-Addresses-and-Domains
Are you not receiving email using your SMTP? Could you please further explain the issue you're experiencing so we can further investigate this?
