PDF reports not attached to the email notification

    emails were coming in as attachments but that has stopped working, will outlook be removing them? we have changed the email address some forms come to but I didn't change the settings of the form but we now get no PDF attched

    I see that the email notifications are being sent using a custom email address. Could you try changing the sender email address to JotForm default email address and see if the PDF attachment works correctly? If you want to use your email address, you may try setting up an SMTP sender email address to send the notifications/autoresponders. Please see the guide below to setup SMTP sender email address.
