    Hi,

I've just started using jotform. Amazing product guys. One question though. Is it possible to send everything to my dropbox? if yes, how am i gonna connect the folders with forms? I don't want to mix submissions from different forms. Any help appreciated.

    Hey Nancy,

Thank you for your kind comments. Yes, it's possible to send all form submissions to your Dropbox account. You can integrate your forms with dozens of applications. These integrations will provide an increased data collection performance. You can reach them all from here. Dropbox is one of these applications. It basically allows you to save all your form submissions in your Dropbox account. You don't have to worry about uploaded materials as well. All will be sent to your account. You can find all submissions in your JotForm in addition to your Dropbox account. If you no longer need Dropbox integration, you can remove it anytime.

As for dropbox file request folders, you don't need to create or match any folders with your forms. Once you integrate a form with Dropbox and it receives a submission, a folder - named similarly with the form- is created automatically in your account. All submissions of this form are saved under this folder. You can change the folder's name as you want. If you need more customization, form submission files can be organized in terms of their submission ID, date, etc.
