Yes that question was addressed, and if you notice it was 4 years ago. A lot has happened since then, with a lot of questions that I have not posted to you.

Please follow up on the last thread shared above: https://www.jotform.com/answers/1920885. I can also see that you opened another thread https://www.jotform.com/answers/1920889 related to this same issue, which is currently being handled by one of our support team.

I would also like to request you to post similar issues in one single thread rather than opening multiple threads. This is to avoid confusion, get your inputs in one thread so that you can easily follow up.

Mr Gerardw, thanks for the response, as for the last part, your site doesn't go into much detail about how to send multi inputs as well screenshots and since I had not had a response to my messages to you I did not believe that this page (your answer) was the right place so I entered a new message, time after time. I have problems with this type of support due to time frame getting response and where I would be hearing back from your team.  I am an oldster and these things do cause great issues in my brain and also causes a lot of stress to do it as well. Now that I have said all this I will get off my box and try to move on.  Thanks for your time.
