Restore deleted form

    I was trying to delete the last submission and deleted the form accidentally. Is there any way to get it back? I hit undo but it didn't work

    I saw that your form Single Family Home Property Information was deleted. Considering that the form is now located inside of the My Forms folder I assume that you resolve the issue.
