Edited dropdown is now collecting information for a new questions

I altered the wording on the dropdown of an existing surveys and now the data is collecting for a new dropdown selection instead of just continuing to count voted for the originally worded selection. Help! 

eg. I changed "Plaid top-Pink" to "plaid top" and now it is collecting a new data set

Do note that changing the dropdown selection will create a new set of data.

You would have to change the dropdown field back to the original label if you want match the data again.

You may try changing the label back or try the revision history to revert your form back to the previous version when you have not edited the selected option.
