Add Donation Option on a separate payment field

We would like to add a donation option to our form but not a method to add it w/in the payment wizard setup. Can you provide insight?

Hi GLA,

Unfortunately, we cannot have two or more payment fields in one form. I would suggest creating a separate form for that instead, then add a Single Choice field on your first form like this:

Then add a Change Thank You Page condition that when the user chooses "Yes", it will bring him to your Donation Form after he clicks submit on the first form. Here's a guide on how to Change-Thank-You-Page-URL-Based-on-a-Condition.

The URL should contain the link to your Donation Form.
