For some reason I can’t get JotForm connected with Stripe. Help!

    I’ve had stripe working in the past wit JotForm but for some reason I can’t get JotForm connected now. I ended up doing a work around with another payment processor. Stripe is my first choice, but after two days I gave up.

    I even set up new jot form and stripe account. No help on weekends, JotForm has chat but not stripe.

    Could you let us know if there is any error message displayed while trying to connect Stripe on your form? Also, please make sure that you have selected Live mode before connecting to Stripe.

    If you can provide us with more information on the issue and/or a screenshot of the error message so that we can assist you further.

    No error message, just rolled over. I came home and tried again on a
    direct connect to DSL instead of my neigbor's wifi in the delta. I was
    able to connect with stripe and after a bit of help from Jonathon, I go the
    stripe integration to work. Forgot about the widgit calculation requirement
    to pass the calculated amount to stripe.

    kudos for Johnathan and Kevin; wish you had weekend support or I had bigger
    pipe line instead of a borrowed wifi link.
    I ended up doing a link to authorize.net our membership payment processor,
    but because A.net comingles the payments, I wanted to use stripe.

    Oh I tried everything including setting up another stripe AND jotform
    account. I have a bronze and wanted to have my form there. After we get
    the new stripe line distributed I'll delete the free jotform account.

    Are you still facing any issue with Stripe payment integration on your form?

    All resolved; got the link established then Johnathan explained I needed
    the calculation widget. Once I put that together, it worked. Did live
    test.
