Thank you for answering my previous query so promptly and for resolving the issue. I am now able to log in without problems.
My clients are having an issue with submitting the forms. Since I run a health practise some of my clients are minors. So parents are filling in their forms and giving consent. When I have a client who is then wants to bring in a child or is consenting for more than 1 child they are not able to submit additional forms due to the email requirement being that they need a new email.
Is there a solution to this problem?
What setting do I need to use so that a particular person can submit more than one form?

Hello again,
I see that your form is set up to limit submissions to 1 from email address. Since you need to allow multiple submissions for same email, would it be possible to turn off that setting?
