How do I automatically send them reminder emails for them to complete the form

Hello....I am going to try to explain this the best I can....

I have set up a calendar through youcanbook me. After they book an appointment they will be sent an email confirmation with a link to complete a jot form.

My question is...how do I automatically send them reminder emails for them to complete the jot form. They need to complete the form before their appointment.
