My form will not submit

    Upon creating my form, I have sent myself a test form to complete, submit and check back, however it will not allow submission after completion.  

    Please advise.

    I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. What is the issue you are having with your form? Do you get any error message when you try to submit form?

    I did test your form and I was able to submit it successfully. Please check the screenshot below:

    Hi, I have tried it myself and sent an email to my husband to test this, and neither of us get a 'thank you' box upon completion.  

    It does nothing when clicking the submit box and returns no error message.

    This is happening in my form as well. I had a customer hit "submit" and the form doesn't submit, it just changes the button to "please wait" but doesn't complete their sign up nor does it send a thank you screen...

    Thank you for providing us the screenshot on the new thread. 

    I figured it is the Sleep: Do you.. table that is causing the problem. In the properties, it is not set as required, but in the form, it is required. I have fixed this for you. The form should work now.

    Note that if you need the field required, kindly set it back in the form builder. 

    I have also cleared your forms cache to clear old form settings that are stuck.
