Populate a spreadsheet after submission

    Also, separate question, when the form is completed and sent it, can it be directed to populate a spreadsheet?  Is that done via widget or what?

    You can integrate your form with Google Sheets. It will then automatically update the sheet every time a new submission is created or one is edited.

    Please note that any changes you make with the Google Sheet may break the integration, with that, please be careful with any manual edits on the sheet.
