Embedded form stuck on "Please wait..." when filling up on desktop

When filling out the desktop form and get to the end, it sits forever in "waiting" mode and never sends

And, the issue happens when you submit the form on the website. Or, is it also happening when you submit the form from its direct link? Where-to-Find-My-Form-URL

If it only happens on the website where your form is embedded, may we know what embed codes are you using, please? Also, may we suggest that you try embedding your form using its Iframe Embed Codes, please?
