Hi there,
I am interested in purchasing the Silver Package with HIPPA Compliancy (with just myself as the user). However, I'm wondering if I can have another person view the the information remotely ( without adding them on the account) after a form has been filled out ? This person will not be modifying the the form in any way.. ONLY viewing.
Thank you,
EDDIE L

Hello,
Yes, it's possible for someone else to get notifications whenever your forms are filled and submitted. To do that, you could consider including the observer's email address as one of the recipients for notifications.
Here's a guide on how to set up email notifications: https://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-up-Email-Notifications
I hope this helps.
Please, let us know if you need anything else.
Thanks.

Hello Edward,
To allow the other person to review form submissions, you can share the submissions page, here is how: How-to-Share-Form-s-Submissions-Page
Also, we have an option to create sub accounts with shared access to specific forms, but this would require Enterprise level of subscription.
Hope this helps! But, please get back to us if you need further assistance.
