How to put a required on "Select Box" option in the form?

Hi,

Could you tell me how to put a required on "Select Box" option in my form "Step 3/5"?

It needs to at least select one of the ten "Select Box" options.

In order to set a field as required, please follow this guide: How-to-Set-a-Field-as-Required-or-Non-Required

Required setting is applied per question. I see you're using individual Minimal Checkbox widget. Unfortunately, as mentioned the setting is per question, it cannot group multiple questions and set only one as required.

I also noticed you add long descriptions per option, which you cannot do with a regular Single Choice field. As far as I've checked, the only widget that allows you to add long descriptions are:

* Line Radio Buttons - if you only need one selection

* Line Checkbox - if you will allow users to select more than one option

Each option is separated by a new line, however for your descriptions, please use <br /> to show descriptions in new line. Then lastly, on the field's properties, set Required to Yes.
