Upload Space is not showing the correct file size for the uploaded files on my account.

I got the following message:

It seems like you have reached your upload limit. Bronze accounts are limited to 10.00 GB of upload space. Your forms will be disabled on Monday at 12pm EST.Since we understand that it can be an inconvenience to have your forms stop working because you reached your upload limit, we'd like to remind you that you can upgrade and your forms will be running smoothly again.

I only have two submissions currently in the queue.  We've operated for more than two years and never went over the limit of 10GB.  We clean out the old submissions pretty regularly.  Can you please advise?

Yes, you were right. The file uploads were calculated based on the previous submission's uploads.

I have re-calculated the submissions and now your account would not show the warning.

I'm still getting these messages.  I had just 5 entries at the time, and I just deleted 4. None of the files were over 100MB.  This is frustrating because I'm receiving notices that my account form will be disabled despite not coming anywhere close the 10GB limit.  I don't think it's looking at past submission uploads.  Again, 10GB is a lot even for the photoshop submissions we get, and we never sit on deleted items in the trash bin for long.

It seems even after refreshing your upload space limit, it has reverted to 9+GB space. I have reset the limit again, refreshed your account a couple of times and also cleared your form caches.

I have rechecked your account couple of times after logging off and the space issue is not showing now. Your upload space is now at 19.15 MB. Please check and let us know the update from your end. 

I don't have a warning message anymore.  How can I see what my remaining upload space is from the limit?
