Is this the form in question?

I checked that form and the integration with salesforce is configured properly. It is also following the SalesForce-Duplicate-Checking.

Could you let us know if we can send a test submission to the form to test it from our end?\

    Looking forward to your response.

I test submitted your form, can you please check and let us know if the second submission updates the first submission?

You can also show us a screenshot so we can check it: How-to-Post-Screenshots-to-Our-Support-Forum

Yes, "An Giang" is my second submission. Are the leads successfully updated?

Hi, I tested again and it works when email AND name are exactly the same as the previous submission. I guess it follows salesforce standard matching rule with name and email address. I thought it follow the custom rule we set for our org.

anyway, it is okay to keep it as is.

thank you for your quick support

    Best,

    Ha
