Per a forum response it says
The barcode reader is now ready: https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/barcode_scanner
I do not see a barcode widget in the widget list. How do I get this on my form?
Thank you,

Hi,
Have you tried to click on the 'Add to Form' button? If it still doesn't appear on your list of widgets, can you provide us a screenshot of what showing you on your end when you search for the 'Barcode' on the list of widgets?
Helpful guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/252-How-to-Add-a-Widget-to-Your-Form
I hope this helps, let us know if you need further assistance.

Add to form earlier today only created a blank new form. Now it creates a new form with the barcode widget in it. Still cannot find it in the search:

Some of the widgets are not HIPAA Compliant so they were removed from HIPAA Compliant accounts. I assume the Barcode Scanner Widget is one of them because you're right it is not searchable when you are on HIPAA account.
Anyway, I have escalated this to our developers as a feature request. Hopefully, they can add it on HIPAA as soon as possible. We will let you know once this is implemented.
Thanks
