Hi,
My form has a page where users can upload a document. On the email sent through after the user completes the form, the link to that document is broken.
On the attached image, it is the bottom row.
This has happened on all forms since implementing this feature. Please help!

To which form is your issue related to? I checked your email address but I am unable to find any account.
Please provide us the form URL.
Your issue is most likely related to the Privacy settings of the account on which the form is created. If the Privacy option "Require log-in to view uploaded files." is selected on the account Settings page that is the reason why you are unable to view the uploaded files from the Email Notification.
