Hello,
We were accidently charged for a full year of your form when we only wanted to be charged Monthly. Please cancel our existing annual bill and change it to monthly -

I have now cancelled your yearly Bronze subscription and refunded the entire amount. Please go ahead and upgrade using the monthly payment option.
