Gostaria que o formulário não fizesse a tradução, o que devo fazer? 

Eu consigo com este formulário, fazer um campo onde o cliente teria que logar pra responder o formulário e ver os formulários que ele enviou?

I can with this form, make a field where the customer would have to login to answer the form and see the forms he submitted?

 If I understood correctly you want the customers to login into a panel within the form to be able to see what they have filled out? 

Unfortunately, this is not possible via our forms. If I misunderstood can you please elaborate on what it is that you are looking to do?
