can I use jot form to

    1. create a work order/service request,

    2. then assign it to an individual,

    3. then the individual completes the same work and add with notes, pictures, equipment used and then hit submit  to complete the work order and have several people notified

or is this more of a process street type app needed to do this.?

    here's a real-world example,

I run a pool cleaning business

    1. i assign a job to an employee for a customer with their address for routine clean

    2. the employee gets notified and opens up the assigned work order

    3. the employee goes to the job completes the same work order checklist, adds pictures and supplies used.

    4. when the employee hits submit the customer and pool business owner get notified that the job has been done with pictures and notes

Basically, the person who initiates the form filling process will select the person who will receive the form to fill the second part? If that is correct, this can be done through conditions. We have a guide that covers this basic aspects, so you can try to adjust it to your needs, please check it here: https://www.jotform.com/help/432-A-General-Approach-on-Building-an-Approval-Process-Workflow
