How long we should wait to enable a form after I delete all submissions caused 'out of quota' ?

    Hello.

    Today we've got out of space warning and I've been noticed that a form is disabled (70871109292962). I've deleted all submissions and then cleared cache in profile settings 40 mins ago, but we still get 'out of quota' message when trying to use a form.

    When we will get it enabled?

    I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. I did check your account and found that you have already deleted the submission from your form and that seems to have cleared the upload space.

    I have gone ahead and activated your account. Your your forms are now active and back online. Please test your form again and get back to us if the issue persists.

    Yes, the form is working now. But for the future, could this form be enabled automatically immediately after submissions is cleared? Or what should we do to switch it on?

    This usually updates automatically. If in case, you come across, a similar issue, you could try to clear your form cache or intimate us and we can sort it out.
