Text does not appear in email

Hi, I created a form I named "RTVF" Return to Vendor Form and I put in a text box to give instructions.  But when I send the form and get the email on the other end it does not contain the text.  How do I make that text appear in the email?

Please note that the Text fields are not automatically included inside of the Email Alerts. If you want to display the text you added to the form inside of the Email Notification as well, you need to edit the Email Notification template and manually add it.
