I need to know how people can make a deposit against the fee on the form...I can't figure out how to do that

Please help me make a deposit on my form...I would like them to be able to pay 500 now and the balance on October 15th on my form and I can't see how to do that...I am new at this so your help would be greatly appreciated

What you can do is set radio buttons for products and partial payment options as shown below:

And place Form Calculation Wizard that will calculate whatever your user choose (the actual partial payment):

Then we set that price  from form calculation field is passed to payment field:

You may also set up a recurring payment Form where the user would be charged monthly or weekly based on your selection:

Then you can set up an Autoresponder email to be sent at a later date to pay the remainder of the balance due.
