Generating form from PDF problem

Hi,

When I create a form from an existing fillable pdf, the original signature field generates as a text only field once in JotForm...if I add a signature box it then doesn’t show up in the pdf...any way to fix this?

We apologize for any inconvenience caused. But can you please tell us your fillable PDF URL link so we can check and test the actual PDF as well. 

I was not able to find existing form or PDF on your account at this time.

I did test the Fillable PDF with signature field and it appears to be working properly at this time.

Example:

It could be an isolated issue on your PDF form. We can check further once we identify your PDF form.

We will wait for your updated response.

I have uploaded the doc I was having issues with.
Like I said, the issue is happening with the signature field from a
pre-existing pdf, using the PDF Form Creator...Not PDF Editor.

Is the issue related to your POLICIES AND PRACTICES ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS form?

As far as I can see the signature field on your Fillable PDF Form is a Short Text Entry (Text Box) field, the same as on the online form. 

Were you able to resolve the issue?

If the signature field looks different on your original Fillable PDF form, please provide us a link of the original Fillable PDF Form. 

Please note that the fields you add to the imported PDF Form, will not be shown on the PDF Form.

Also, please note that you can create a new Fillable PDF Form in our PDF Editor.
